Our Promoters
Sanju Fernandes brings to the table 23+ years of managerial experience at various multinationals like Diners Club, ANZ Grindlays Bank, and HSBC. Sanju was last designated as Sr. Vice President & Head - Consumer Credit Risk (India) at HSBC. He was also on the Board of Directors for CIBIL - India's first & only Consumer Credit Bureau. Sanju holds a B.G.Law degree and has also completed his DBM from Xavier's Institute Of Management.
Sanju's passion of being a Master of Ceremonies / Compere at various high profile corporate events over the last 20+ years coupled with his rich past managerial experience makes him a very unique & effective facilitator. He has anchored prestigious corporate events such as Visa Credit Card launch with Sachin Tendulkar, International conference of Indian Chamber of Commerce, National conference of Business Network International, Xavierian Nite, Luxite Awards Nite etc. During his long stint with HSBC, Sanju was known for being able to invoke an ultra level of commitment from his 3000+ staff across the country. This unique ability makes him a much sought after facilitator in the corporate world.
Mario Braganza has gained 24+ years of rich managerial experience across the Banking and Life Insurance domains having worked at HSBC and Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Mario's last assignment was as Chief Operating Officer at Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. In prior roles, Mario was associated with various specialized departments like Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Training, Finance & Planning, Operations, etc. where he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Mario is a Management Graduate from Jamnalal Bajaj [JBIMS] with a passion for maximizing human potential through the power of self-expression.
